The CS is based on a modern architecture that allows data integration, integration of processes and applications in the Cloud, API management and connectivity.

The entire infrastructure in use is our property and management and is hosted in TIM’s data centers:

Security and Monitoring
The our data centers have been designed to guarantee maximum reliability: redundancy of all energy sources and cooling systems, maximum security of our facilities, redundancy of network connections and maximum professionalism of our experts.
In the Center there is a special unit that offers a 24 h, 365 days per year coverage for support in the event of any breakdown of the plants.
Monitoring is also guaranteed by a proprietary system that allows pro-active management of the infrastructure by alerting H 24 service personnel through visual signals, via e-mail and SMS .
